The Cupertino Fall Festival is an evolution of the very successful Cupertino Jubilee and Fall Festival that has been a
community favorite for the past three years. This year the festival will incorporate the Health and Safety Fair plus the
addition of an Environmental Fair hosted by the City of Cupertino.

The key elements are: Fun Zone; Health and Safety Fair; Keep it Green Environmental Fair; along with Food,
beverages and entertainment.

The event will be promoted through traditional media, such as newspapers, radio, and the Internet, but will also
be promoted through our key partner organizations, the City of Cupertino, the Cupertino Office of Emergency Services,
the Cupertino Union School District, the Fremont Union High School District, and the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

You will have an opportunity to promote your products and services, while interacting with the attendees in a highly
receptive and family-oriented environment.

The 2009 Cupertino Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday September 19 and 20
from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Cupertino Civic Center Library Field located at 10300 Torre Ave. in Cupertino.
We anticipate about 10000-15000 attendees.

To make this event possible, we need your support. Sponsorship will provide the opportunity for your organization
to demonstrate its community support and commitment to children, health, safety and environment.

Several levels of sponsorship are available, starting with as little as $100.00. All sponsors will receive visibility
in the community and recognition for their support.
